Yes — a perfecting session 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment is essential to refine the shape and color. It's included in your initial price for most brow services.

Keep them dry for the first 24 hours, avoid oil-based products around the eyes, cleanse gently with a lash-safe foam, and brush them daily with a clean spoolie. Avoid rubbing your eyes to maximize retention.

We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks. Your natural lashes shed on a cycle, so regular fills keep your set looking full and fresh.

For brow services, avoid caffeine, alcohol, blood thinners, retinols and waxing for 24–48 hours beforehand. For lashes, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Detailed prep is sent with your booking confirmation.
